The ARRL Northwestern Division Leadership provides the interface between League Members and the National Organization. The Northwestern Division Leadership shall keep the Division Membership informed and provide the Membership with leadership training and opportunity along with the promotion of League programs within the Division that are vital to our overall success.

"Director Jim Fenstermaker, K9JF has just been elected to the Executive Committee of the ARRL Board at the 2012 meeting of the Board of Directors. Director Fenstermaker will serve along with Directors Brian Mileshosky, N5ZGT of the Rocky Mountain Division, George R. Isely, W9GIG of the Central Division, Cliff Ahrens, KØCA of the Midwest Division, and Dr David Woolweaver, K5RAV of the West Gulf Division. This is a significant and important appointment and a strong vote of confidence in his abilities and stewardship of amateur radio."

Greetings to Northwestern Division ARRL Members. The hamfests and
other meetings are concluded for 2011 and many groups are gearing up
for the upcoming 2012 events. For those who anticipate ARRL
Affiliation for hamfests and conventions, please go to the ARRL Web
Site (http://www.arrl.org/hamfest-convention-application) and fill out
the request form. Your completed application goes to ARRL HQ and is
returned to me for approval before the Executive Committee votes on the
affiliations.
